Lauren
Lauren has practiced yoga for many years, but she became an active yogi with a consistent practice over 10 years ago. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training certification in 2016. Lauren believes her life was further enhanced when she began her journey with sound healing meditation when she joyously brought home her first alchemy crystal singing bowl. She has completed numerous yoga and sound healing trainings using crystal singing bowls, the gong, and the therapy harp with both local and world-renowned instructors.
She invites you to step into the sacred space created by the sound current of the resonant frequencies of these divine meditation tools. Lauren is excited to share her enthusiasm for meditation, as we create a healing space. All are welcome to join this easy, relaxing class.
