Puja
Puja has a background of being a medical doctor of twenty-five years, specializing in surgical and gastrointestinal pathology. Inspired by her personal experience of benefits from the practice of face yoga since summer of 2021, she did five months of teacher certification course in Face Yoga Method and is now a certified face yoga teacher!
She is passionate about spreading the benefits of the practice to the community!! Puja, has been a student of yoga for several years and in her quest to learn more, she has now enrolled in a 200 hours yoga teacher training program.
