Previous yoga experience recommended. This class is a more challenging step toward creating a beautiful space for movement, balance, flexibility, and strength throughout the body. A combination of static postures and vinyasa flow allows for a dynamic and energetic practice. You will leave feeling energized and strong, yet also calm and relaxed!
Flow by Candlelight
In this class, discover the perfect harmony between static postures and dynamic vinyasa flows and immerse yourself in the tranquil ambiance of Flow by Candlelight. Step away from the harshness of artificial lighting and the glare of blue-light. Transition seamlessly through postures to a curated playlist, melting away tension and encouraging introspection.

All levels welcome. Gentle Yoga is a great way to dive into your wellness journey. This class provides a gentler practice, mostly done on the floor that incorporates focus on deeper connective tissues and aligns the energy of your body. The slower pace allows for deep relaxation and tuning into the physical sensations of the body.
All levels welcome. Yin yoga offers a compliment to more dynamic forms of yoga and is a great way to dive into your wellness journey. The slower pace and longer holds of this floor-based practice allow the practitioner to go beyond musculature and focus on deeper connective tissues and energy alignment. This class allows for deep relaxation and creates space for tuning into the physical sensations of the body.
Restorative Yoga by Candlelight
All levels welcome. A deeply relaxing class done lying down, this form of yoga uses props to nurture and support the body, restoring alignment, and encouraging surrender. This rejuvenating practice invites you to release deep-seated tension and stress from your mind and body, promoting physical and mental healing. Benefits include increased concentration, better sleep, reduced anxiety, pain relief, a strengthened immune system, and a balanced nervous system. Props will be provided.
All levels welcome. This practice offers the benefits of yoga to those that prefer the support of a chair. Poses can be modified to each practitioner’s physical ability.
This class of face yoga teaches a holistic practice involving the face, body and mindset. Just like muscles of the body can be trained, similarly, the face has 50-60 muscles! The class involves releasing tension from them and toning these face muscles for a more sculpted face. The exercises are done in combination with deep breathing, posture awareness and awareness of our unconscious aging habits to produce even better results! The practice promotes aging gracefully, and with more confidence and self-love!
Benefits of consistent practice include improved complexion, higher more defined cheeks, less droopy eyelids, bigger more open eyes, plumper better defined lips, reduced forehead lines, uplifted mouth corners, decrease in double chin, reduced nasolabial fold lines, reduced crow’s feet, reduced under eye puffiness and dark circles, reduced facial puffiness, more even and smoother skin tone, more youthful face, better defined face line, reduced frown lines and reduced lines on entire face! Sound Healing Meditation
All levels welcome. Join us for a sound healing meditation class using alchemy crystal singing bowls. This class will begin with centering ourselves for our practice, warming the body with gentle movements or light breathing techniques. We then move into an extended savasana (resting pose) by laying down to allow the healing tones of the bowls to wash over you. The use of the bowls as well as possible other instruments, such as the therapy harp and chimes, will be the focus to aid in relaxation and rejuvenation. Come away centered and relaxed.
Meditation in Motion
Discover the profound stillness within movement. This class offers a unique fusion of gentle yoga sequences and meditation techniques.
