Inspiration comes more easily when we can understand letting go, a natural part of the seasonal cycles and elemental phases. For example, in the Fall without the leaves falling, there would be no nourishment for winter and growth in spring. Seasonal cycles are essential to maintaining harmony in nature. Understanding these cycles is part of understanding the balance in nature and within ourselves. This experience will incorporate yin postures for the lung, heart and intestines, the organs that relate to the metal element, while being soothed with sound frequencies that promote balance within.
