Join us for an interactive afternoon that previews the “Head to Toe” upcoming therapeutic wellness series. Meet your three hosts, understand the clinical “why” behind each session, and experience a mini-demo of the protocols we’ll be practicing in April.
A clinical deep-dive into our body’s architecture. Whether you are an athlete, a desk-worker, or recovering from injury, this session will provide protocols for self-care and physical maintenance within a fun and safe community.
