Join us for a nurturing, heart-centered Partnered Yoga practice that weaves together mindful breathing, gentle partner-assisted stretching, purifying kriyas, and playful connection—all beautifully accompanied by the soulful sounds of live acoustic guitar.
In this intimate class, you’ll pair up (with a friend, partner, or fellow yogi) to explore synchronized breath awareness, supportive stretches, mirrored movements, and subtle kriyas to clear energy and invite inner clarity.
Through these moments of conscious touch and eye contact, you’ll cultivate trust, presence, and a profound sense of union—both with your partner and within yourself. No prior partner yoga experience is needed—just an open heart and willingness to connect. Leave feeling grounded, open, and deeply connected.
