Laura is an Embodiment Coach and certified as a Soma+IQ™ Breathwork Practitioner, specializing in emotional release, nervous system regulation, and the sensuality of living fully alive. Trained as a Somatic Anxiety Coach by The Embody Lab and a student of Somatic Parts Work Therapy, sound healing, and deep feminine embodiment, she guides group, semi-private, and 1:1 sessions. Laura helps clients dissolve limiting patterns, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with their authentic selves so they become more alluring and magnetic—drawing in the life they desire and the life that desires them.
