Rooted in neuroscience, this experience uses somatic-based breathwork, bodywork, and coaching techniques to safely identify and address undigested emotions and physical tension lying dormant in the body.

Laura will be hosting upcoming Somatic Breathwork classes as well as offering a regular Women’s Circle.
Laura is an Embodiment Coach and certified Soma+IQ™ Breathwork Practitioner, with a specialty in emotional release, nervous system regulation, and embracing the sensuality of living fully alive. She is also trained as a Somatic Anxiety Coach through The Embody Lab and is a dedicated student of Somatic Parts Work Therapy, sound healing, and deep feminine embodiment.
Through group sessions, semi-private circles, and 1:1 guidance, Laura supports clients in dissolving limiting patterns, regulating the nervous system, and reconnecting with their authentic selves—so they can embody greater allure, magnetism, and alignment with the life they desire (and the life that desires them).
