A workshop-style class designed to help down-grade your nervous system through a blend of modalities.
We’ll begin with simple breathwork and gentle movement to arrive in the body, followed by reflexology and standing techniques to increase range of motion, release tension, and improve balance. We’ll close with a Reiki-infused sound bath, inviting your whole system to integrate, soften, and receive.
