Sarah
Sarah’s yoga journey began online, a quiet lifeline amid life’s unpredictable waves. Through mindful breath and movement, she rediscovered her body after years of feeling disconnected and numb to the world around her.
What started as personal healing gradually became a steady, transformative practice. The profound benefits she experienced inspired her to travel to the birthplace of yoga—Rishikesh, India—where she completed a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training and an 85-hour Prenatal Yoga certification, deepening her connection to this ancient tradition.
Settling in her new home of Arizona, Sarah dove into teaching wherever she could, sharing the tools that had brought her back to herself. Eager to expand her offerings, she pursued an additional 300-hour advanced training right here in AZ.
Today, Sarah’s greatest passion is creating nurturing, compassionate spaces where people can find comfort, ease, and reconnection—even (and especially) during life’s most uncomfortable moments. As a lifelong student of yoga’s many layers, she feels deeply blessed to help guide others back to their most nourished, authentic selves and to share this timeless wisdom with everyone who steps onto the mat with her.
Whether you’re seeking grounding, strength, softness, or simply a moment of presence, Sarah invites you to practice with her and rediscover the quiet power within.
