About Shiv – Founder
As a physician who grew up in India and has been in practice in United States for over twenty years, Shiv has studied the complexities of health and wellness. He believes that as a society we need to emphasize body-mind wellness, so that we can hopefully avoid, or at least delay chronic illnesses.
It was due to his desire to create a body-mind wellness program that Shiv started exploring yoga. He believes yoga provides the best way to approach body-mind wellness. That’s why he decided to build Forever Yoga, a modern yoga studio in Tempe that provides the space and tools for people to practice body-mind wellness.
